Subtitle Tools does not use third-party tracking cookies and also does not serve ads. Everything you do on this website stays completely private, nothing is handed over to big advertisers like Google or Facebook.
What personal data does Subtitle Tools have of me?
You can submit personal data to Subtitle Tools in a few different ways:

Files you upload
- Files you upload stay on the server for 3 days, after that they are automatically deleted. Files are never shared with anyone.

Contact forms you fill in
- If you fill in a contact form and enter your email address, it will be stored alongside your message for 30 days. After 30 days your email address is automatically erased from the database.

The account you create
- If you create an account on Subtitle Tools, only your email address is stored, nothing else. If you want, you can delete your account at any time from your account page.
Where is my data stored?
All data and files are located in a datacenter in Nuremberg, Germany.
How are payments processed?
All payments are securely handled by Paddle.com, a professional payment service provider. Subtitle Tools does not have access to your payment information.
